How does the Kismet Booking Desk Trial Period work?
When you request a trial period, our team provides a 7-Day Free Trial so you can test drive and evaluate the complete software on your own Windows PC with zero charges and no credit card required.
Experience all 9 modules: live booking sheet, pool turnaround buffer, guest directory, and caretaker privacy logins in your resort's actual daily workflow.
After your 7-day trial ends, simply purchase the official license (a one-time payment of ₱2,499) to keep using the software for lifetime. All reservation records you entered during the trial will be preserved seamlessly.
What happens to my booking data when the 7-day trial expires?
Your data is never lost or deleted. All records are stored securely in a local SQLite database on your own computer. Once you purchase the Lifetime License, your desk is activated immediately, preserving your entire reservation history, guest phone numbers, and custom rates without disruption.
Do I need to submit credit card or payment info to start the trial?

What happens if our resort loses Wi-Fi or internet during a storm?
No disruption whatsoever. Kismet is 100% offline-first. Your entire booking ledger and customer history live in a high-speed local SQLite database on your own PC. Front-desk operations, guest check-ins, and payment logs work seamlessly without internet.
How do I back up our resort database or transfer it to a new laptop?
Your entire database is stored in a clean local file. You can easily back it up to a USB flash drive, external drive, or cloud sync folder (Google Drive / OneDrive) with one click. If you change PCs in the future, simply copy the file to restore all your history instantly.
Can I export our booking records and financial statements to Excel?
Yes, anytime. Kismet includes a 1-click A4 Excel Workbook export. You can export complete guest registers, monthly tax ledgers, and operational balance sheets formatted cleanly for Excel, accountant audits, or physical printing.

How does Kismet protect against fake GCash payment slips?
